Community Services is the department of the agency that deals
with intake and eligibility, service facilitation, residential services, family
support programs such as respite, medicaid, waivers and other special services
to eligible individuals.
It is also is responsible for quality improvement activities,
and investigating reports of major unusual incidents (MUI) involving individuals
with MR/DD.
