Cindy and Mark Molloy, and their daughter, Shannon lived together in a single-family home for many years. Mark and Cindy recently purchased a two-family home in Clifton. They live in one unit and Shannon lives in the other. This arrangement offers an opportunity for Shannon to get settled in her own place while her parents can provide support. They formed an LLC to hold the property, and are considering converting the LLC to a trust. Cindy says the use of technology “makes the whole thing possible.”
