The Wenning family purchased a house next to their own that they rent to their sons, one of who has a disability. The home that Joe and his brother live in has two separate living areas, offering each their privacy while maintaining a connection. Joe’s parents live next door. This arrangement has helped reduce the stress of moving from the family home and is providing a learning and growing experience for all the family.
